Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology, which applies plastic layer by layer to create custom, complex shapes—ideal for personalized, functional, or decorative items.

Our products are primarily made from PLA and PETG. PLA is a biodegradable, plant-based plastic, ideal for decorative and environmentally friendly applications. PETG, on the other hand, is more robust and durable—perfect for functional or mechanically stressed parts.

Depending on the product, production time is between 2 and 5 business days (if not in stock). Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method and region (usually 1-3 business days in Germany).

We don't currently offer personalization. However, we're working on making this service available in the future—please check back regularly or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. Small visible layers or minimal surface deviations are due to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, returns are not possible for custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing defect. You can find all further information about our return policy here.

If a product is damaged during shipping, it's obviously very frustrating. Please send us a photo and your order number immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
